Building Rentals


The Boys & Girls Club of the Olympic Peninsula's facilities are available for rent. We offer a wide variety of spaces for meetings, group functions, wedding receptions and large events. Boys & Girls Club and School District activities operate Monday-Friday until 6:00 p.m. (The teens have extended evening hours). These programs take priority of facility use. Submit a completed Facility Use Application and a $100 security and reservation deposit to Resource Development, for a scheduling consideration. When applicable a group must provide a Certificate of Insurance for the facility with minimum coverage in the amount of $1,000,000 naming the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Olympic Peninsula as an additional insured.

If applicant is renting the kitchen and serving food to outside individuals, the applicant must obtain a free Food Service Permit from Clallam County and a Banquet Permit or Special Occasion License to serve alcohol.

Building Rentals Available
  • Gymnasium - The full size gym is 8736 square feet and has a capacity of 350 people. The gym has a wood floor and can be divided in half with a curtain screen. The gym offers a full size basketball court, and a total of six basketball hoops, and a rock climbing wall. Gym rental includes use of the adjacent bathrooms, and side entrance. Rent our stage cubes, over head projector, and our tables and chairs to complete your banquet needs.
  • Games Room - The Games Room is a 3300 square foot room great for groups of all sizes. The room is perfect for a fun celebration as it is connected to the kitchen and a designated seating area (30). The games room has two pool tables, two ping pong tables and two foosball tables, as well as tables and chairs for board games and the like. This is the most flexible room as it is perfect for a child/teen birthday celebration, family reunions or it can be emptied (for a nominal fee) and serve as a banquet room accommodating table seating for 150-200 people. The floor has inlayed carpeted and a smooth surface in areas perfect for buffet or dancing. Rent our stage cubes or the adjacent Class Room, Computer Lab or Art Room to expand upon your rental area with zones of activities.
  • Multi Purpose Room-The Multi-Purpose room is a 1757 square foot room great for medium sized groups. The room is connected to the kitchen, has a food service window, two private restrooms and a private entrance if desired. The empty room is great for an exercising class or set up with tables and chairs to accommodate a party celebrating anything from a retirement lunch, a shower or even holiday gatherings.
  • Class Room - The Class Room is a 800 square foot room great for small gatherings. The room is carpeted and its standard layout has 6 tables with 4-6 chairs at each. The tables can easily be pushed together to accommodate one large conference table or set up classroom style to have participants face one direction for an instructor. The room has a heavy partition separating it from the computer lab. Rent both rooms to expand your space and accommodate a larger group.
  • Computer Lab - The Computer Lab is a 800 square foot room great for small gatherings. The room has computer stations around three sides. The center is able to accommodate tables set up conference style or with chairs for a presentation. For an additional fee the computers can be used for technical instruction/work, or the overhead projector and screen can be used. The room has a heavy partition separating it from the Class Room. Rent both rooms to expand your space and accommodate a larger group.
  • Art Room - The Art Room is a 850 square foot room great for project based activity. The room has a large counter work surface and two sinks along one wall and rolling/folding cafeteria tables for seated projects. The floor surface is easy to clean up after your project concludes. The room is ideal for organizations like scouting, 4-H, Art/Craft instructors who need a large are to produce projects or lead a group. 
  • Kitchen -The Kitchen is small but very well equipped. It is a commercial kitchen complete with a 6 burner gas range, 3 large ovens, a large grill as well as a commercial dishwasher and a prep area. The kitchen has a walk in cooler/freezer (space can be arranged) and has two (closeable) service windows, one to serve the eating area/Games Room and one to the Multi-Purpose room. Add this room on to any of your rentals to easily facilitate snacks and meals. Rent this room to assist your small business needs or just to do holiday baking.
  • Gym Package– This package is ideal for large groups that might have banquet needs. This includes the Games Room, Gym & Kitchen. Use the gym for your banquet; it can easily accommodate 30 round tables and chairs for dining. Rent our stage cube should you have that need. The Games Room Space is a wonderful zone for any preliminary mingling or exhibition space or simply as a staging area. Both areas easily access the kitchen. This package is also ideal for sport tournaments, the kitchen can make a great concession area and the games room is a good place to hang out while waiting to play.
  • Birthday Party - In the spirit of our mission we offer at a reduced rate ($150) the opportunity for a 4 hour kids party. The rooms included with the rental are the games room, gym (when not booked) the kitchen and eating area. The only restriction is that you are celebrating youth ages 2-18 and approximately 30 kids (50 people). We cannot offer any dates more than 4 weeks in advance. 
Equipment Rentals 

ComplimentaryRacks with the tables and chairs will be rolled  into your rental room. Set up and break down  of the tables and chairs must be done by the renter (within the rental time period). 

Failure to return the room like it was found will result in forfeit of your security deposit.

Use of our kitchen allows you use of our 
kitchen utensils provided they are washed and returned where they were found. 

Use of Club food, product, condiments, or paper goods is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply may result  in forfeiture of security deposit.

Party Rentals

The Club is pleased to have some table linens, plates, salad plates, and coffee mugs (set, all white) available for rent.  
Vases and limited decorations and centerpieces are also available in limited quantities.

Please ask for a quote if your group is interested in using dishes on hand.

* All rentals must be noted in the Rental Agreement and paid for prior to event.
